Week 2 Grocery list!!!!

 

Here is Week 2’s Grocery List for the Lifestyle Challenge !!!Day 8 to 14!!! Lots of Delicious Recipes coming up this week.  Keep up the good work!!!!!

 

 

Meats/Poultry/Fish/Eggs

  • 1 carton of organic, cage free eggs
  • 4 lbs Organic chicken breasts
  • 3 pounds of grass fed beef
  • Organic Chicken broth
  • Organic Beef Broth
  • Chicken/turkey sausage links (organic)
  • 1 pound grass fed beef round
  • Wild caught fresh or frozen fish of your choice

Vegetables

  • Bok Choy
  • Yellow Onions (several)
  • Celery
  • Kale
  • Black olives
  • Avacados
  • Tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 2 cans organic crushed tomatoes
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Green cabbage
  • 2 heads of organic romaine lettuce
  • Napa cabbage
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • 2 packages Shiitake or portobello mushrooms
  • Chili pepper
  • 4 Red Peppers
  • Green onions

¾ pound of medium mushrooms

  • Spinach
  • Baby carrots
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • 3 zucchini
  • Egg plant (1 large)

  • Raw walnuts
  • Flaxseed meal

  • Frozen Bluberries
  • Fresh blueberries/raspberries

  • Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
